My art explores resilience, hope, and compassion through fabric and thread. Each piece is inspired by conversations about mental health, chronic illness, and invisible disabilities - experiences many of us carry silently.
Two decades ago, I used my creativity to express myself visually when I did not have words in the silence, isolation and perceived darkness of my depression. Now I am an outspoken advocate, promoting a dialog about invisible struggles through my art.
