Gift Certificates are redeemable in-store or online and are electronic ONLY. We do not offer physical gift certificates online i.e printed, card, etc. Electronic gift certificates do not expire. If a gift certificate code has been lost for any reason or the email containing the code cannot be accessed or retrieved please contact us and we will re-send the code via the email of your choice.
To send a gift card: On the product listing check the box labeled "I want to send this as a gift" and fill out the boxes below. The recipient will receive an email with their unique gift certificate code.
To redeem online: The gift certificate recipient should have received an email with their unique gift certificate code. Enter this code at checkout.
To redeem in-store: The gift certificate recipient should have received an email with their unique gift certificate code. Show this code to one of our gallery assistants while checking out and they will redeem your gift certificate.
Physical Products are Available for Delivery or Pick-Up.
Pick Up From Gallery: Select "Pick up" during checkout. Your order will be ready for pick-up on the next business day.
Shipping: Select "Ship" during checkout, fill in the ship to address, and complete payment. We will send you a shipping quote to the email entered at checkout and this will be charged separately.
Gift Wrap: We offer Gift Wrap and can include a handwritten note. To request gift wrap and include gift message, add the product(s) to the shopping cart, then go to your cart and enter the gift wrap information in "Order special instructions".
