Lucy Moore started making puppets and toys in 1967 while still a school teacher and have a been hugely popular with both children and adults. After nearly four decades of creating faux fur toys, Lucy Moore feels that her greatest achievement has been raising her four children to be craftsmen. A second generation now works with her designing, making and selling toys, blankets, pillows, puppets and coats. Their goal is to create a piece that is close enough to the real thing that the features are either authentic or a clear caricature of the original. Every design is unique, and each creation is an individual with its own personality.
