"Gribley" is a hat inspired by the book "My Side of the Mountain" about Sam Gribley who runs away to the Catskill Mountains to live off the land.
Made from hand-blocked rabbit fur felt with a hand dyed cotton bandana, leather, turkey feathers, shell button, silver charm, and embroidery floss trim with a silk dupioni lining. Size: 22.5
**PLEASE NOTE. All items in the Storytime! Exhibition are for sale, but must remain for the duration of the exhibition at both Piedmont Craftsmen Gallery and then The Mount Airy Museum of Regional History. The Mount Airy show runs through October 18, 2025.
