"Interplanetary Migration" is a mixed media kite made for the Storytime Exhibition, inspired by the book, "The Little Prince". 29" x 20" (not including the stars or tail).
Whenever I think of "The Little Prince", I usually think of two things. The first is that the book is so sweet, but kind of traumatized me because I wasn't prepared for the ending! The second is how little attention was given to those magical, wild birds. They migrated across the universe(s) in a vacuum and could carry a person! I wouldn't mind a book about their adventures too.
