Collection: Larry Bohannon

Wood
Winston-Salem, NC | Exhibiting Since 1974
Bohannon’s work is influenced by the Shakers who are famous for the quality of their handcrafted woodwork. His business name, Tabitha Wood Works, is a tribute to Sister Tabitha Babbit who invented the Circular Saw. Larry uses domestic hardwoods and exotic South American woods to build his furniture. The simplicity and clean lines of his designs reflect the shaker influence.
