A North Carolina wood artist, I turn local woods into unique lamps. Finished with simple paints and oils, MushroomLights are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces that create a warm and inviting ambience.

As a former special education and practical arts teacher, I know that simple and natural environments can be calming and nurturing, and invite mindfulness in students. As an artist, I strive to create a product that replicates this experience because I am convinced that intentionally designed environments positively impact all of us. At the heart of my work lie the tenants of mindfulness, sustainability and care.
