Clay
Landrum, SC | Exhibiting Since 1992
I have been working with clay for over 25 years, mostly designing and producing functional pottery. It is pleasing to me that the pieces I make will be used and enjoyed by the folks who acquire them. Pottery making is a process, a journey if you will, most times controlled by the artist or craftsmen, but sometimes directed by the material itself. It is this interplay or dialog between me and the material that still makes the work interesting to me.
