With the thought of maps in mind, I was inspired by the adage, “‘Til the Cows Come Home”, which refers to any adventure or task that can take seemingly endless amounts of time to complete. In its literal sense, animals have their own internal maps of landmarks and places they enjoy. They meander delightfully through the countryside, in no hurry, no worries for anyone else’s obligations and own sense of time and just live life. It made me wonder what they think about these places they visit and how we all make up mental maps of the places we love.
